Require an Exchange, Cancellation or Refund

Please kindly advise within 14 days of receiving your TIED UP B TANK that you require an exchange or refund.

Cancellations are accepted before the product has arrived, or within 14 days after delivery.

Refunds will be returned to the original card used for payment.

In order to receive a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE please ensure the TIED UP B TANK has:

– ‘Returns Tag’ attached
– Sealed ribbons are NOT opened
– No make-up, bronzing treatment, perfume or any other stains
– Not damaged in any way
– Returned in the condition that it arrived
– Returned FREE with FedEx only

Please return in original mailing bag which has Returns address & 2nd adhesive.

We cannot take responsibility for items returned not using our trusted shipping company.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
